Registration depends on availability, the relevant age-group criteria and completion of the required information. The parent/legal guardian (or a person authorised to give consent) confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete, and gives permission for the child to take part in training, coaching, camps, trials, matches and other activities organised by SKA, including activities at partner schools and other approved venues.
After sign-up, SKA will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your child’s place and share the fees and payment details. Fees must be paid by the stated due dates. SKA’s refund, cancellation and make-up session policies will apply. Participation may be suspended if fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice.
The parent/guardian confirms that the child is fit to participate in physical training and will inform SKA of any medical condition, allergy, injury, medication or physical limitation that may affect their safe participation, including any changes during the programme.
Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact details. If they cannot be reached, SKA may provide or arrange appropriate first aid, emergency medical assistance or transport to a hospital or clinic, while making reasonable efforts to contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact as soon as possible. All medical and emergency information will be kept confidential and securely maintained.
Players must respect coaches, staff, teammates, opponents and venue personnel; follow safety instructions; and not engage in bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, violence, abusive behaviour or deliberate property damage.
Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive and safe environment, treat coaches, players and other parents appropriately, raise concerns through the designated SKA channels, and avoid interfering with coaching or giving instructions to players during sessions.
SKA is not responsible for the drop-off or pick-up of children before or after scheduled sessions.
Parents/guardians must make sure the child has the equipment and protective gear needed for the activity unless SKA says otherwise. Required protective equipment must be used as instructed.
Consent is given for the child to be photographed or filmed during SKA sessions and events for SKA social media, marketing materials and reports to the SKA central team.
SKA may collect and use personal information needed for registration, administration, communication, safeguarding, emergencies, attendance, competitions and providing its services. Medical and emergency information is confidential and will be securely stored and accessed only by authorised SKA staff responsible for student safety and coaching. SKA will handle personal information in line with applicable UAE data-protection requirements and its privacy practices.
SKA is committed to maintaining a positive, safe and respectful environment for all participants. Where there are serious or repeated concerns regarding behaviour, safety, compliance with these terms or outstanding fees, SKA will work with the parent/guardian to resolve the matter. Where necessary, SKA may issue a warning, suspend participation or discontinue registration. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with SKA’s refund policy.
Questions, concerns or complaints should be raised through SKA's official communication channel and not during an active coaching session. SKA will aim to acknowledge and address complaints within a reasonable time. Official contact: hello@superkingsacademy.ae.
